RULES / GUIDELINES FOR MARATHON:

DISCLAIMER : I have gone through and understood the rules and guidelines of the event provided on the website of Western Heroes. I know and understand that marathon running is a potentially hazardous activity and may cause injury, disability or death. In case of any incident arising during the marathon event to me / to me and to my child (including “ward” for further references), Western Heroes will not be responsible in any manner. I hereby confirm that I am / I and my child are participating in this event at my own / our own will and risk. I also confirm that I am / I and my child are physically, medically fit and trained for this event.

• All the participants will get Tshirt, Medal, and Refreshment.
• Timing certificates wil be provided only to the timed categories participants (10km and 21.097km).
• Timed categories of the marathon are 21.097 km and 10 km.
• 5 km is FUN RUN .
• For 21.097 km marathon - age should be 18 years and above. For 10 km - age should be 14 years and above and For 5 km – age should be 12 years and above.
• For offline and group registrations please feel free to contact us.
• Foreigner participants residing in India have to produce their valid proof of identity and residence.
• Management team has the right to reject the application which does not meet the guidelines of the marathon.
• All the participants must provide their valid and active email address on which race confirmation will be sent.
• There is no refund on cancellation of registration.
• Participants cannot change the race categories once successfully registered. It is advised to select the race categories carefully.
• Running bibs will not be provided on the race day to the confirmed participants.
• To collect the running bib number on behalf of other participants, a representative has to produce following documents at the bib collection counter of the expo.
  - Pan Card / Aadhar Card / Election Card (anyone of these).
  - Screenshot of the email confirmation (Compulsory).
• The date and place for the collection of the running bibs will be announced by our management team one month before the event.
• Wearing a bib number is compulsory for all participants. Nobody will be allowed to run without the bib number on the race route.
• Participant’s identity will be verified by the verification team. We expect your kind cooperation in making this event successful.
