WESTERN HEROES CUP TOURNAMENT RULES

1) 11 aside + 4 rolling substitutes.

2) Double knockout tournament

3) Age criteria U 16 or below ( Year of birth 2008 onwards ). 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011.

4) Format and match duration will be based on the number of registered teams.

5) The team will be declared as looser if not available on the given time for the matches.

6) Any numbers of changes are allowed, i.e. if a player goes out any number of times, he may return with match official’s permission only.

7) Each match that ends in a draw will be decided by penalties.

8) Referee’s decision will be the final.

9) Players can’t be changed once the form is submitted.

10) If any objection is to be raised whatsoever by the opposing team, it should be brought to the Organizer’s notice only by the captain / coach before the match begins or during the match in progress AND NOT WHEN THE MATCH IS ENDED.

11) Players who abuse and instigate quarrel on the field may be banned with one or more matches. The decision will be at the discretion of the committee.

12) Player will be banned for a particular match if he gets a second yellow or a red card.

13) Organiser ( Western Heroes) will not be responsible for any accident or injury happens to any players during the match or on the ground.

14) Hydration , energy drink and snacks will be provided to the registered players only.

15) Cash prizes will be given to the winner only.

16) Trophies will be given to winners only ( 1st, 2nd & 3rd ). Trophies for : Best GK, Best defender, Best player, Top scorer and Most assists. Participation medals will be given to all the players.

17) No refund will be given once entry is made. Refund will be given only when the tournament is cancelled by the organizer for any reason.
